Hatfield’s Goode Grub started as (and is still ) a food truck and catering business. After the first season the business began to out grow its small kitchen. Expansion was inevitable. Chef Ken (a descendant of the infamous Hatfield’s from the famous American family feud between the Hatfields & McCoys) has been a chef for 28 yrs. He has experienced the word aboard a hospital ship for many years. Chef mixes his international experience with his southern upbringing to create southern fusion food.

Hatfield’s Most Wanted is the sauce brand that has been in the making for years. Chef Kens home- made sauces, each one more delicious and addictive than the next, are now available for sale. Every sauce tells a story from different times in Chefs life and from his journey

Chef Ken met & married his wife Jessi in 2016 & they have worked together along with Jamie “Maw” Norton (Chef Ken’s Maw) to build & expand the food business.
